In the course of his career, Mullohasan Mirzoevich gained considerable knowledge working in government agencies, the National Patent Information Center of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also in private companies.
Turaev Mullohasan Mirzoevich, born in 1972, a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, has a degree of LLM (Latin Legum Magister) - Master of Intellectual Property Law (2007), a lawyer in the field of legal protection of intellectual property.
From 1989 to 1994 Student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the S. Aini Tajik State Pedagogical University (TSPU); from 1999-2002. a law student at the Tajik National University;
2003-2004 student of the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property; 2005-2007 Postgraduate Student, Law Faculty, Robert Schumann University (International Center for the Study of Intellectual Property), Strasbourg, France.
From 1994 to 2011, he worked at the National Patent Information Center of the Republic of Tajikistan (Patent Office): expert in trademarks and service marks; Head of International and National Registration of Trademarks and Service Marks; Deputy Head of the State Expertise Department of Industrial Property Objects; Lecturer, Department of Protection of Industrial Property Objects, NPI Center; lawyer; Chairman of the Appeals Board; participated in the development of draft laws of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of industrial property.
One of the compilers of the English-Tajik-Russian, Russian-Tajik-English, Tajik-English-Russian dictionaries on intellectual property (2010).
